R&D Team
The company boasts a highly qualified R&D team dedicated to the field of lithium-ion battery cells and characterized by strong innovative vitality. The team comprises top-tier talent, including one nationally recognized high-level talent, four doctoral advisors, two PhDs, and two master’s degree holders, demonstrating a deep foundation in scientific research and academic expertise.
The team features a comprehensive technical structure, including one senior engineer and over ten junior engineers, forming an innovative talent pipeline characterized by high-level leadership, elite collaboration, and the drive of rising stars. All members are deeply engaged in lithium battery cell R&D, material applications, process innovation, and performance optimization, bringing extensive practical experience and active innovative thinking.
The team consistently focuses on cutting-edge industry technologies, adheres to independent R&D and technological innovation, and concentrates its efforts on overcoming bottlenecks in core lithium-ion battery technologies to continuously develop high-performance, high-safety battery cell products. By leveraging robust scientific and technological innovation capabilities to drive technological iteration and upgrades, the team continuously strengthens the company’s core competitiveness, providing powerful momentum for the company to deepen its presence in the lithium-ion battery sector and achieve high-quality innovative development.
Experimental Center
State-of-the-art chemical and physical analysis laboratories, testing laboratories, safety and reliability laboratories, and simulation laboratories; equipment capable of independently conducting all UL test programs; and a medium-scale pilot production line for R&D.
Multilateral cooperation
We collaborate with domestic and international research institutes and universities, including the Institute of Physics at the Chinese Academy of Sciences, on talent development, technical exchanges, and joint research; we also focus on the industrial chain by engaging in in-depth project collaborations with upstream materials suppliers and downstream vehicle manufacturers to develop high-performance products.
